Yes, we work with a team of healthcare professionals available to answer any questions and guide you through whatever you need. Contact us for personalized advice.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an exclusively online store, but you can contact us before placing your order to discuss any shipping-related details. If you need your order as soon as possible, we offer express shipping within mainland Spain. Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Correos) or 2:00 PM (CTT) on weekdays are shipped the same day.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method
- Standard Mail: 2-4 business days
- Premium Mail: 1-2 business days
- CTT Express 24h: next working day delivery
- CTT Express 14h: Delivery before 2:00 PM on the next business day
The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not from when the order is placed online. If you place your order on a business day before 11:00 AM (Correos) or 2:00 PM (CTT), it will be shipped the same day.
There may be delivery delays beyond our control due to issues with the courier company, but we'll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible! Orders outside the Iberian Peninsula take longer and may be delayed due to customs holds.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Our warehouse will be closed on the following holidays, and orders will be shipped the next business day.

How can I get free shipping?
It's very simple! We offer free shipping in Spain (Iberian Peninsula), the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Mainland Spain: Orders starting from €49
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders over €65
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the entire Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), as well as the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
If you would like us to ship to another country in the European Union, please contact us and we will arrange the shipment for you in a personalized way.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once we have prepared your order, you will receive an email with the tracking code from the corresponding courier company.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No, we are an exclusively online store, but you can contact us before placing your order to discuss any shipping-related details. If you require expedited shipping, we offer next-business-day delivery with CTT for orders placed before 1 p.m.
Can I modify my order details?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. If you notice that the shipping information is incorrect or you need to add any additional items, you can contact us so we can make the changes. If the order has already left our facilities, you can modify the delivery information, but this will cause delays due to administrative procedures at the courier company.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?
If more days have passed than estimated based on the shipping method, please contact us for assistance. We recommend checking the tracking code to see the status and allowing an additional day beyond the estimated delivery date. If it shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check if it was left with a concierge or a neighbor. Sometimes there may be delays on the part of the courier company beyond our control, but we will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Please note that payments via bank transfer can take 1-2 business days to reach our account, so delivery will be 1-2 days later as well.

Is it safe to buy from your store?
Yes. Our website is protected with SSL encryption and we work with secure payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal. Your data is completely protected and you can shop with complete peace of mind.
Can I pay in cash (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, simply select Cash on Delivery as your delivery method and you can pay in cash when your order is delivered without having to use your bank details. Remember to have the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery!
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, upon request. Simply email or WhatsApp us requesting the invoice along with your order number, and we'll send it to you.
Exchanges and returns
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in perfect condition.
From June to August, for products that require refrigeration (such as certain probiotics or suppositories), returns will not be accepted as it cannot be guaranteed that they have not lost their properties due to uncontrolled exposure to high temperatures.
Are returns accepted for opened or used products?
No. For safety reasons, as these are food supplements, tampered products are not accepted.
What do I do if the order arrives damaged or there is a mistake?
Send us an email to contacto@biotherapeutics.es explaining the problem with your order. Attach photos of the package, the label, and any other relevant information to help us analyze the issue. We will investigate the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
For returns due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the costs.
How do I make a return?
After contacting us, you must package the product securely and seal it, preferably in its original packaging after removing any labels. The return shipping process will differ depending on whether the return is due to buyer's remorse (shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility) or due to an incorrect/defective product (shipping costs are the store's responsibility).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer: We will provide you with the shipping details to our warehouses and you can use the company of your choice.
- Returns handled by the store: We can send a courier to your home to collect the package or tell you the CTT Express Points where you can drop it off.
How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

Do I need a prescription to buy supplements?
No. All our products are available without a prescription. If you have any questions about their use, you can contact us or the healthcare professional who recommended them to you.
Can I take supplements if I'm taking medication?
It depends on the case. We recommend always consulting a healthcare professional before starting any supplementation treatment.
Are the products suitable for vegans, gluten-free, or lactose-free?
It depends on the product. Most are, but we recommend checking the product information sheet. It lists the ingredients, allergens, excipients, and specific uses. If you have any questions about whether you can take any of our products, please contact us.
I can't find a product on your website. What can I do?
