In 2012, I began my journey in the world of nutrition, initially focusing on improving body composition and addressing obesity. Over time, my training and experience led me to specialize in digestive pathologies and working with elite athletes. Before opening my own practice, I worked at home and in various clinics, which allowed me to gain a broad understanding of my patients' needs. Throughout my career, I have been a speaker at various health and nutrition conferences and a professor in different master's programs and online courses, sharing knowledge and experiences with other professionals and students in the sector. Currently, I run my own practice, offering both online and in-person consultations.
