Return policy

At BioTherapeutics, we want your shopping experience to be satisfactory. If for any reason you need to return a product, we explain the conditions and procedure below, in accordance with current e-commerce regulations.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

To be able to make a return, the products must be:

  • Unopened and unused.
  • In its original packaging.
  • In perfect condition, with no signs of tampering, dirt or damage.

For safety and hygiene reasons, returns of opened, used or personalized products are not accepted.

From June to August only, returns are not accepted for products that require refrigeration, such as probiotics or suppositories, because we cannot guarantee that they have not been exposed to high temperatures and lost their effectiveness.

3. How to request a refund

You must communicate your decision within the established period, by sending an email to contacto@biotherapeutics.es or through our contact form , indicating the order number, the product you want to return and the reason for the return (if you simply do not want the product or if you have received an incorrect/defective product).

4. Return options

There are two possible situations in which an item can be returned.

  1. Return due to withdrawal (managed by the customer): you can send the package to us at your own expense with the courier company of your choice, assuming the shipping costs.
  2. Returns for incorrect or defective products (handled by BioTherapeutics): we will send you a code to drop off the package at an authorized point or, if you prefer and it is possible in your postal code, we will arrange a collection from your home.

Important: Please keep your shipping receipt until the return is confirmed. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit. The condition of the package will be a determining factor.

Refunds

Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, normally using the same payment method used for the purchase. We reserve the right to use an alternative method if necessary.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on the part of BioTherapeutics (wrong or defective product).
