I am the founder of Aristea Salud, an online clinic specializing in nutrition, gastroenterology, genetics, and the microbiome, and Aristea Academy, a training platform for healthcare professionals.

I am also a university professor in master's programs and specialized courses. Currently, I teach at the University of Alicante, the European University Miguel de Cervantes, and the International University of La Rioja.
